Misleading product label

The balm titles itself as a ‘makeup meltdown' but is not appropriate for anywhere near the eye area- been using for weeks now wondering why my eyes sting so much and reading other reviews I see why. This should be re-labelled as it does not remove all makeup (eye makeup, mascara etc) and majority of other brands do - wish I had not tried this one.

This is a repurchase for me. The only thing I would improve is a spatula inside the vase. For the rest it melts down the make up very well.

My usual cleansing balm was sold out so I went on to try this one at nearly double the price. It's absolutely not worth it at all. I normally love Revolution products but this is a huge miss for me. Doesn't melt my makeup as easily as other balms and can't be used for eye makeup at all since it completely irritates my eyes to the point where they're fully streaming for 30-40 minutes after washing my face. Regardless of whether I use it near my eyes or not it still somehow manages to sting and irritate my eyes SO bad. It's just not even usable for me.

Love Sali but this is a no go for sensitive eyes

Stinging eyes when removing make up. Eyes streaming after. Want to love this product but doesn't even come close to competing with the body shop balm. I wouldn't even say my eyes are that sensitive but clearly something in this didn't get on with my eyes.
