Screaming Crying Throwing Up
1Saw a review about corneal damage on here- I would also like to talk about the emotional damage caused by this product. SO painful- my eyeballs are burning burning and I'm still crying now 30 minutes later. Do not buy this if you value your vision or your 3 eyelashes. This product was designed by the guy from boardmasters 2021 who likes the ladies with no hair from the eyebrows down.

Nice texture, not for sensitive eyes
3The texture is lovely, scent too, but doesn't remove well mascara and sting eyes which I don't have with a cheaper Number 7 alternative

Ouch..ouch...OUCH!
1Stings the eyes terribly and was extremely pricey for a make up remover that can't do what it is intended to do . I've tried 3 tines to use this but it's a truly unbearable experience just before bed. Please could someone contact me to discuss and issue a refund of my hard earned £15.

1Stings the eyes whether you avoid them or not. Do not buy. Can't quite believe I paid £15 for this, many other options on the market. Cannot understand why Sali would allow this product to be sold.

Really disappointing
1This doesn't remove all traces of make up and actually stings my eyes, which is disappointing considering other similar on the market at this price point are better.

4Nice feel, good for makeup removing. Best to double cleanse with a mild cleanser after.

Stinging eyes
1Should have read the reviews before buying this but trusted it would be great given that it is supposed to have been created by Sali Hughes. As others have found, this really stings my eyes and causes them to stream with irritation. Not ideal for a make up remover cleansing balm and makes it unfit for purpose. Beauty pie much better.

Miss
1Unusable, bought to help remove stubborn eye makeup but caused excessive burning. Eyes were streaming an sore nearly an hour later. Very disappointed.
