Was a bit confused when I first opened it as it looked as though it had been used as there was residue on the mirror and the actual soap bar had a strange layer as though it had been wiped clean. It does work well however and made my brows look so much more groomed and styled nicer than usual.

It does hold the eyebrows in place, however, I use powder to fill in my brows, and it made the powder kind of crumbly. Would recommend to use a stick or eyebrow pencil for the best results.
