Very annoyed

I ordered an order of 16 products and only 15 arrived- this palette is the product that didn't arrive. I have been trying to communicate with customer service but they replied saying the parcel was delivered. This was useless and they didn't even read my email. I spent money on a product and I expect to receive it. I don't know whether they didn't pack the parcel correctly or not but I am extremely disgusted by this service and feel robbed as I spent money and didn't receive the product. I don't know what else I can do when services mess up and then don't listen /reply to you.. I am extremely angry

This palette is stunning. The shades are nicely pigmented. I also love how they changed the lay-out, because although I love my other chocolate palettes, I never was the biggest fan of those 2 larger pans. I highly recommend this palette!

I'd heard great things about this palette so decided to purchase it. I'm so glad I did. I've hit pan on so many shades. The shade 'secret is a lovely transition shade for me on my pale skin.

I ordered two of these (one for my bestie) but one was damaged on in the mail. Contacted Revolution and they are replacing it. The one that's intact is beautiful. These colors go one with ease. Not powdery, they're very soft and pigmented. Wonderful having the names printed with the colors and the large mirror. You can't go wrong with this beautiful palette.

Powdery but good for every day!

I love the colours, reminds me a bit of the Anastasia soft glam palette but much cheaper! It's good for every day but you can easily smoke it out using the darker colours. They stay on for a long time if you use an eyeshadow primer and a setting spray (e.g. UD all nighter - works for me). The darker matte colours are not very easy to layer over other colours or blend out, but I think there are still many shades left that most people can enjoy. The palette is reasonably priced and I personally love the colour scheme.

My Favourite palette. Smells like chocolate, high pigmented eyeshadows for every day makeup. Worth every penny.
