Works for chapped lips and smells like carnival foods

I always have chapped lips, and regular lip balms don’t work well for me. This has a very thick texture, and lip gloss brushes won’t work. A mini silicon spatula works pretty well to scoop a little out, and you only need a tiny bit. It’s not too greasy and works under lipstick.  It doesn’t really smell like candy apples. It has a vague apple scent, but I think it smells more like cinnamon, funnel cake, and buttered popcorn.

It was very similar to lip smackers lip balm. Not very creamy or smooth. It lasts but it is not very comfortable and a little waxy like.
