5Mother of Dragons is the only palette in the GoT line that immediately jumped out to me; it is half fiery red, orange, and yellow tones, and half ember-toned smoky neutrals - my most-worn colour pops, and a nice selection of 'everyday' staple neutrals. I do find the eyeshadows in Revolution's collaboration palette line creamier, plus the Forever Flawless eyeshadow line is the one with softer formulas in tin packaging, so we are getting the best formulations from the rand in this palette. I'm not usually a fan of Revolution's metallic formulas and I usually find them pretty dry, but the ones in this palette retain their molten appearance once applied & I'd rate them as being on the same level as pricier brands like Urban Decay & Too Faced. I normally find the brand's recent matte formula to be great in most of theìr current palettes anyway, but these shades do feel that bit softer & more effortless to blend compared against most of the eyeshadow palettes I've ever tried from the brand. Every shadow wears well all day (12+ hours) on me, with no colour fade or creasing. Three of the standout matte shades [one of each of the red, yellow, & orange shades] are similar to those in the Fire Forever Flawless eyeshadow palette, so if you have that palette then you might want to wait when it comes to picking up this palette and instead see if it shows up in a future sale. I don't have the Fire palette, so I immediately jumped on this one; yellow, orange, & yellow tones make my dark blue eyes pop the most, so I love working such tones into my eye looks. A huge plus here is that the majority of the formulas are matte [12 mattes, 2 satins & 4 metallics], which I think increases the looks you can make with this palette alone. On the hand; I really like the metallic formula Revolution used for this palette, so I wouldn't have minded getting a few more metallic shades here. Also; the tin packaging & shade names make this palette a stunning collectors piece for GoT fans. All in all, this palette is amazing quality and great value - it can go up against triple-the-price brands and come out ahead, so I strongly suggest getting your hands on it if these are your kind of shades.
