Very pretty eyeliner

Lovely pencil and stunning colour.
5I haven't used this yet but the colour is beautiful and it feels very smooth when applied to the back of my hand. Applied smoothy and didn't drag or get caught. From what I can the pigmentation is excellent and seemed to remain in place. Very reasonably priced too.

3Much brighter colour than I expected so I probably won't use it. Formula seems pretty good though!

Money wasted
2I am disappointed because it's not what has been described. Not water and smudge proof. The pigment is deep black but it's not for me!
