I wanted an eyeliner for the waterline with a matte finish but this one is rather dewy and shiny as if you have had eyeshadow fallout all over your waterline; besides it doesn't last, it disappears after 5 minutes. I'll try to use it but it's honestly not appealing nor visible at all: it's like a pinkish colour not beige.
