Doesn't cling to the face AT ALL !!!

Beautiful, very glittery and sparkly (for nighttime only)... but it doesn't cling to the face AT ALL (unless you add a layer of a tacky base before this highlighter) ! And it has absolutely NO LASTING POWER, it rubs off onto everything. The product is so powdery, that the slightest touch with a brush make glitters fly everywhere in the bathroom. It's a big no for me.
