I received this product broken and wrote to Revolution. I immediately got attention, recommendation and was sent a replacemnt (not this one as they ran out) which is absolutely fantastic. I have always been using Benefit but this one is now my fav and that too at a fraction of price! Absolutely amazing customer service, well done Revolution!

Love this eyebrow pencil. Looks 'natural' filling in the gaps and lasts all day. Hard to get this shade in shops so regularly order some on line and they arrive promptly.

Finally.... A perfect eyebrow pencil. I have very dark eyebrows that have become sparce with age. Don't want a dark brown shade as it darkens them too much. After much trial and error the midbrown is the shade from this brand..
