EU order charged with customs tax despite brand's claims on their website under "Brexit FAQS"

According to revolution website, under "Brexit FAQS", NO tax and duties will be charged on orders made after the Brexit. However, I was charged 20 Euros in order to collect my order. I live in Greece, which is a European Union country. I chose not to collect it and contact revolution's customer service via email. No reply yet. What's more, their live chat option is always off! (24/7) Last time I emailed them about my points, they got back to me after 13 days. If this time I don't get any response in good time as to what to do with this order, collect it and pay the charges or let it get back to them, the order will be sent back to them by the carrier automatically on April 10th. Frustrated and very dissapointed with their customer service, and inaccurate claim of NO added costs being charged to EU orders after the Brexit. I've been a revolution fan and loyal buyer since their first appearance in the market. I feel the brand has gone worse over the years regarding customer service. In the old days it would only take a couple of days to get their reply. Today, 13 days! It's just beyond me. Very unhappy. I hope everyone else who 's bought this palette got to enjoy it the most! Thank you very much
