Worst liner ever
1I just bought this product and it was dried out. I tried the other side and the same thing happened, no color and scratching my eye lid.Â

Best liquid liner I've used.
5Best liquid liner I've used. Completely jet black, love how it's double sided if you want either a thin line or something more dramatic. Not at all watery like others I've used.

Goes on smooth both sides

Take it from me
5I've worn flicked eyeliner every day for like the past decade and i really didn't think i could get behind a pen liner but i thought I'd give it a try and got this as it is inexpensive. I am SO impressed. Great presicion, super black and stays put.
