My mom (41) and I (20) use this product twice a day. In the morning we always use it cold, which helps with the puffiness and redness of our faces. It feels better massaging the serums in with it. In the evening (if) we use it, it's used room temperature and it's practically for soothing our skins at the end of the day. My mom loves it, she's massaging her face a LOT in the evening with it :D. It's not something you can't leave without, but it definitely comes in handy if you've got it. We've been using it for months now, and it's still in perfect condition, even tho we're practically washing it twice as much as if one individual would use it. It's not squeaking or something like that, it really is a great quality product!! I'd say it's way better quality-wise than what the price would suggest. I highly recommend buying it if you're looking for a facial roller!
