I bought this for a Christmas gift and it’s amazing. My cousin loved it! Shrek is our childhood movie and seeing this collab was amazing.

I got nearly all of the collab and love it. This one in particular though was a little disappointing. Some of the textures for the eyeshadows are a little odd and they don't have fun names like the other sets. I definitely still use it and am glad I bought it, but if I could only get one item from this collab, this wouldn't be it.

Loving IT
I enjoy the colors. I'm not a big makeup person, but this has been easy for me to use. The glitter looks nice on my eyelids. The colors are fun! I love the packaging.

The packaging on this pallet is great. I really think the color story is pretty. The eyeshadows inside are a little inconsistent though. Some of the shimmers are very flaky, others are difficult to pick up and seem quite sheer. The dark mattes are soft and nicely pigmented, but the pastels seem to blend away very easily. You definitely have to pack on the lighter shadows to get a decent color payoff. Some of the darker colors are very beautiful. Overall I feel like this palette is more fun for a collector to display, but not really for someone looking for a serious makeup application. I think because some of the shades are so light, this would actually be a great palette for a pre-teen that loves Shrek. I know Makeup Revolution has the ability to put out some quality shadows in these colors because they are good in their Tasty palettes. I just wish they had used the Tasty formula in this palette so that it was a bit more user friendly.
