Formula is Mid
Formula isn't great. It's incredibly drying after application and accentuates fine lines. It does have a scent. Positives include it comes off easily during a double cleanse, the packaging fits nicely in a purse, and the applicator is a good size. Generally there are better matte lipsticks in this market.
