hi guys welcome back to the revolution

youtube channel so in today's video I'm

going to be showing you my morning and

evening skincare routine using the new

revolution skincare products and if you

guys didn't already know if you don't

follow us on Instagram and you haven't

already seen revolution have launched

their new skincare range and there's

loads of different products and they're

all really affordable and I'm gonna be

showing you guys which ones that I use

in the morning and in the night time so

hopefully if you have a similar skin

types of me then you will find this

helpful and if you're thinking about

buying any of the skincare products then

further ado let's cut to me of no makeup

and focus in a war skin okay so I'm just

gonna talk through and demonstrate my

morning skincare routine so I have just

cleaned my face that you want to make

sure that before you put any of these

products on your face you have washed

your face and it is clean then the first

product that I'm gonna put on my face is

the 2% of hyaluronic acid

[shows product to camera]

I love hyaluronic acid in skincare

products because it really like plumps

your skin actually wait let me read

specifically what it says other benefits

to this okay so hyaluronic acid it says

it's a plumping and hydrating solution

it helps improve skin hydration which I

definitely agree with it encourages soft

and supple skin hyaluronic acid attracts

moisture to the skin surface helping to

smooth the complexion and the easte type

filling skin ideal for use before

foundation this lightweight oil-free

solution sinks in quickly for lasting

hydration that plumps up dehydrated skin

I love using hyaluronic acid in the

morning especially I still do use it in

the nighttime but it's really good to

put on before foundation because I feel

like it just really like gives your skin

the moisture that it needs without it

being oily because I personally have

oily skin just a quick note on my skin

type I do have oily and sensitive skin

and these are the products that have

been recommended for me and I personally

haven't had any problems with them so if

you also have a oily or sensitive skin

then hopefully this will help you so

this is what the packaging looks like

it's really like sleek packaging it's

got a nice frosted glass bottle and then

it's got the kind of rose gold pink

shiny details on it and then the way

that you apply this it's literally just

a little dropper bottle so you just want

to put a few drops on your face I would

normally just put one on each cheek and

then

on my forehead and then you just rub it

[unscrews bottle, uses the pipette to squeeze

a drop on her forehead and one on each cheek]

in just a little disclaimer you know if

you watch my own channel videos that my

skin does get red when I just touches

that even just rubbing stuff in my skin

goes a little bit red but it's not

because irritated isn't it she just

because sensitive skin life

[uses fingers to rub solution in to face] so after

applying the hyaluronic acid it just

kind of plumps your skin makes you feel

a little bit more moisturized but

without any sort of like greasy feeling

or anything so if you guys don't like

greasy heavy moisturizers and then this

is definitely something I would

recommend also apparently you're just

reading information about these products

hyaluronic acid has restorative

abilities and can boost skin's moisture

content soothe and defend against

moisture loss and it can hold up to a

thousand times its own weight in water

making it ideal to keep all skin types

plump and juicy that's probably why it

works then just around I think no matter

what skin type you have hyaluronic acid

is like really good in any kind of

skincare routine

oh yeah I forgot to mention they come in

and boxes like this they're just kind of

black and then they've got the same kind

of like metallic bit here [shows packaging

to camera] and next up

I'm gonna use the 5 percent caffeine

solution and hyaluronic acid and this

helps reduce the look of dark circles so

I'm gonna put this under my eyes and

just to give you guys all the correct

information about this one this says

that it's an under eye serum which helps

reduce the look of dark circles and it

reduces the appearance of under-eye

puffiness and then it says like a double

espresso for tired eyes revolution

skincare targeted under eye serum

contains caffeine to help deep Huff and

brighten the appearance of dark circles

and then the added hyaluronic acid helps

improve the look of under eyes and plump

fine lines caused by dehydration and

also it's good for the delicate skin

around your eyes

so this says apply on to clean skin

before applying concealer or foundation

use your ring finger to gently Pat 1 to

2 drops around the orbital bone the bony

area that surrounds the eye including

the top of the cheeks and brow bone also

I just want to mention as well all of

these skincare products are vegan and

cruelty free which is really good so I'm

just gonna put a little bit under each

of my eyes and then I'm just gonna

gently Pat this in and just very gently

kind of massage the area [she applies

the product under her eyes and massages

it in to her face gently]

you want to make sure that you're nice

and gentle with your under eye area just

because the skin is so delicate whether

the products that I've tested and put on

my face already are quite like thin in

texture I think a lot of people think

that just because a product is in a

bottle that kind of looks like a serum

and has a dropper that it might be quite

oily but need it if these products are

oily they leave your face like the

tiniest bit tacky [ she pats her face]

but mostly they just

kind of soak into your skin and like my

face definitely doesn't feel like greasy

at all which is good okay the final

product that I'm going to be using this

morning is the super fruit extract and

this is an antioxidant rich serum and

primer so perfect for use under makeup

which I'm going to be doing later and

this one comes in a really cool pink

holographic box [shows the box to camera]

so the packaging of this

one is a little bit different [opens the box and

shows the product to the camera] it has

that kind of holographic pink label on

it and then the actual products in here

almost looks can you see that it

reflects the light oh my gosh also it

smells so good okay so this one says

it's a dual purpose serum and primer

helps replenish skins moisture perfect

way to infuse your makeup routine with

skincare benefits formulated with

antioxidant rich blueberry extract to

help fight environmental damage and

support the skins barrier this

two-in-one lightweight serum and primer

leave skin feeling soft while subtle

iridescent shimmer creates unbeatable

globe apply two to three drops onto

clean skin in the morning after any

water-based serum and before applying

moisturizer to use as a primer apply one

to two drops before applying makeup so

I'm gonna take some of this and let's do

my usual of kind of a drop on my

forehead and then a drop on each cheek

[she applies the product and rubs it in

with her fingers whilst looking in a mirror]

okay so as you can see that's definitely

giving my skin a bit of a glow okay so I

am NOT gonna go on it with the rest of

my day do my makeup and everything I'm

not going to show you guys that bit

because this video is just skincare

focused and then I'll be back in the

evening to show you the products that I

use for my nighttime routine hello so

I'm back it's now the evening which is

why I'm wearing my dressing-gown please

excuse that but I thought I would just

keep it on because it's like 11 o'clock

oh my watch is run outta battery so

obviously I have cleanse my face again I

have no makeup on and it is all fresh

and clean and so for my night routine

I'm going to do something a little bit

different from the morning also if I saw

a little bit less pee it's because I've

got my retainer in which I have to sleep

in so just thought I'd keep

real it's the first thing I'm using it

is the 2% hyaluronic acid again which is

the same as what I use this morning

[she shows the product to the camera] I'm

like sure you just putting another layer

of this on my face just to keep it nice

and hydrated and like I said before this

stuff doesn't cause any sort of

irritation at all it's literally just

like a thin hydrating moisturizer kind

of well it's not on your moisturizer but

it moisturizes the skin so obviously it

doesn't hurt to use this in both the

morning and the evening because then

your skin is gonna be even more hydrated

[she applies the product to her forehead

and cheek and rubs this in with her fingers]

and then the second product that I'm

going to be using is the quinoa night

peel it comes in a similar box to the

others [she shows the product to camera]

and I know there's quite a bit of

a debate on how you say the word quinoa

that's just how I say it I know there's

other ways to say it I'm not sure which

one's right so this is a gentle night

peeling serum and just reading the

information about it it says that it's

an ultra gentle overnight serum to

smooth the skins texture and boost

overall radiance well I'm so les view of

my retainer in it says little it lifts

away dead skin cells and boosts the

skin's natural cell turnover as you

sleep for softer fresher looking skin

when you wake and apparently quinoa is

rich in vitamin B to help brighten and

rejuvenate your skin and riboflavin to

help give skin elasticity and softness

so it says that you can use this one two

three times per week and it says to

apply a few drops to clean skin in the

evening before your favorite serum or

moisturizer and leave on overnight this

is only something that you want to use

at nighttime because it is a peel it's

not too harsh or anything I have used it

a couple of times already and I haven't

had any irritation but but just because

it is a kind of gentle peel and it's

helping your skin to regenerate you

don't want to use it one three times a

week so I'm just doing at my usual of

putting a drop on my forehead and then

on each cheek [she uses the pipette to

apply the product to her forehead and

cheeks and rubs it in] and then I'm just gonna

rub it into my skin and again this one

is really lightweight and it's a little

bit thinner than the hyaluronic acid we

set another thing to point out as well

is none of these products have any sort

of harsh smells or anything the only one

that's got a kind of like

distinguishable scent is the super fruit

extract one which just has a really kind

of sweet sort of scent to it but it

smells really nice [she smells the super

fruit extract] so that is my morning

and evening routine with the new

revolution skincare stuff if you guys
