The liner is waterproof, as described in the description however it isn't as pigmented, that may be because I'm a brown girl already. But it's a really cute brown eye liner

Unfortunately it does not work well. You try to apply it and it lifts the previous swipe. Color is uneven. Disappointing because the black one is amazing.
