Plumps but doesn’t hurt as it does it.
This product is really lovely, and the way that it looks on your lips is super glossy. It is not uncomfortable for me. You just feel a little tingling as it pumps up your lips. It has a sheen. I use it over the lipstick and it makes your lips look really sexy.

Such a good lip oil,
Such a good lip oil, doesn't leave lips painfully tingly it's actually more a cooling tingle. Very comfortable to wear highlight recommend. Is very easy to wear and shiny, looks amazing on lips.

Good mild plumper, comfortable to wear
The best lip plumper I have tried from Revolution. It feels good on the lips, a slight tingle that fades. It does have a faint orange sheen, not a sticky gloss but it does dry a little after a while. It looks very shiny and adds depth.
