Revolution Beauty Loyalty Programme

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”), together with our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to and govern the Revolution Beauty Rewards Loyalty Programme (the “Programme”),promoted and operated by The Hut.com Limited(“we”, “us”, “our”) and set out the contract between us and each member of the Programme (“Member”, “You”, “Your”). Creating an account on https://www.revolutionbeauty.us/ (the “Website”)and opting in to the Programme will constitute acceptance of these Terms. These Terms may change and Members will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms when they make a purchase from the Website.

1.All Members must be individuals aged 16 years or older and have a valid email address. Members can update their personal details online at any time.

2.We reserve the right to change or withdraw any benefits of the Programme or suspend or terminate the Programme at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Member's account, for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, if the Member supplies false or misleading information to us, if we consider that the Member has acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff.

3.Members are only entitled to one account on the Website each. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time and to forfeit any benefits, points and/or credits issued to such accounts without liability.

4.You can opt out through Your account. By opting out You agree to surrender all benefits, points and credits gained at that point.

JOININGTHE PROGRAMME

5.You will need to have or need to create an account on the Website.

6.Once You have created Your account You will automatically be opted-in to the Programme through Your account. 

7.A 30 point reward is given when You create an account and a 15 point reward is given when You fully complete a beauty profile on the Website.

8. Your beauty profile is used by us to generate a specific profile to improve Your shopping experience. Your data will be used by us to recommend products, offers and samples on specific brands and products on the Website and is not sold to any third parties.

USINGTHE PROGRAMME

9.Your rewards are based on Your spend. For every$1 spent we rewardYouwith1point. You will be able to see Your points in Your account. Points are for purchases are awarded upon order despatch.

10.You only receive points on every full$1 spent. For example, no points are rewarded on a $0.95 spend.

10.Points are not collected on monthly subscription plans or against the cost of shipping.

11.Points are rewarded on the spend after the deduction of discounts and/or gift vouchers and/or other credits given to You.

12.Points are rewarded on completed product reviews. We reward15 points for every review completed that is verified by us. Points will only be rewarded on verified purchases associated with Your account. You can complete up to 52 product reviews each year. You cannot review the same product more than once.

13.Points are valid for 12 months. Points will expire after 12 months automatically if not redeemed.

Redeeming Points

14.We reward $5 for every 100 points collected.

15.To redeem points against a purchase You need to redeem them into vouchers in Your account first. The vouchers are then automatically added to Your basket to be used against the purchase.

16.Points can be redeemed multiples of $5 vouchers. You can redeem unlimited amounts if the volume of points allow for it.

17. Vouchers will appear in Your basket to be redeemed against purchases. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, the vouchers can be redeemed against any purchase other than the purchase of gift cards.

18.From time to time we will run points events where points may be doubled or tripled based on items purchased. This will be clearly marketed through email and/or on our Website and may be subject to additional terms and conditions(if applicable).

19. We may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the Programme.
