I don't usually use this as my final setting spray, I need something longer lasting but this work fantastic in tandem with other setting sprays to keep my makeup on. I've been finishing with the Luna Glow setting spray, Unicorn Heart Glow setting spray or the Stay Extra setting spray which is my new favorite to finish with. It's replaced MAC Fix It+ for me. I enjoy the sweet scent and I do smell pineapple but it's not straight artificial pineapple in your face. I think the peach setting spray is more obvious of a scent than the pineapple, but it's there. Just more subtle. I however don't notice the spray making a difference in brightening, due to how I use it. I'd repurchase it for sure overall.

I have read some other reviews and agree that this does not smell like pineapple. It does have a sweet smell that is pleasant, I was just disappointed that it wasn't more pineapple like. I am sort of new to the "setting spray" game, but have not noticed a difference in the appearance of my make up, or the wear time with any that I have tried.
