On the skin the shine is nice and bright and gives skin a wet look, however given 4 stars because the formula is chalky and dry and you do have to build up the coverage.

This Highlighter is so blinding on my skin and the shade works perfectly without darkening or lightening the skin beneath! I honestly would recommend this so much!!

I've used Revolution highlights before and they were gorgeous so it came with no surprise that this is just as great. The formula is nice and fine, not dusty or chunky so it gives a nice shine. And you can build it up if you want more! Have been getting compliments on my highlight from everyone!
