Okay, so when these were in Target I was all ... I have to get them! and they were sold out by the time I found out about it. I recently was scrolling Amazon and found they had the Phoebe palette and the Monica.  So I snatched them up. I wore the Phoebe ... MY EYES! MY EYES!  Seriously... my eyes ... oh hello! Love the names of the colors, love the application and the wear of the colors.

The mattes are very nice and creamy. The shimmer shades are gorgeous, however, they give off a sheen on the eye instead of that solid shimmery look.  Overall a nice palette.
