I honestly had low expectations from all the negative reviews. I'm so glad I took a chance on this eye liner.its easy to use. I have very sensitive eyes, I can't usually do liquid liners because they hurt my eyes, but this liner is super gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all.

I paid attention to what folks were saying and I was expecting something pretty watery. I was shocked at how well this eyeliner performed. Perfect for wingtips. You do need to let it dry,but once it's dry it stays put like a freaking champ.

Muddy Puddle Eyeliner - Don't waste your time.

The applicator looks like it could be really good. However the eyeliner is not black. It looks like I've used a stick and muddy puddle water to smear some semblance of a flick to my eyes. Very disappointed as it was a complete waste of money.
