3It does what it says but for me the texture is more like an oil. I expected a cream or gel texture. For me the oily texture doesn't feel nice putting it on my skin

2This primer does have a mattifying effect at first but then it starts to texturise the skin once other products go on. I tried this primer with the Conceal and Define foundation which is also matte but that only lasted an hour before my skin became dewy and tacky. I've also tried setting this primer with powder before foundation and still no long lasting matte effect. In comparison to revolutions pore blur you are better off using that especially if your oily/combination skin
