Dark brown?

I'm really sad about this product, it was one of the first brow related purchases I made and I couldn't be more devastated. I don't know who's definition of dark brown this is but it is clearly closer to orange than dark brown to me. I was doing my eyebrows for the first time using this and it came out orange, I immediately took it off and it stained my skin. I've made plenty of swatches after, thinking that maybe the color isn't passing through correctly but nothing changes, still orange after many swatches.
