i was really happy when i bought it, because £3.50 for a two sided eyelienr sounded great. but the "flick" side has dried out so i can't even use it anymore. i still like the kohl side though

Why is this so bad?!

I got this at Target and thought it was going to be good. The felt tip does NOT work!! When I tried to apply it, it just leaves a trail of dried up looking liner that crumbles up. It ends up being extremely dry and kinda gross! It's the worst liner I've ever had.. At least the others dry up after 3 or 4 uses, this was trash right out of the box. Not worth the emotional stress or money!
